The National Day holiday is coming to an end, and the domestic epidemic situation remains severe and complex. In order to effectively carry out the "foreign import prevention" work and effectively protect the health of the people, the epidemic prevention and control work after the National Day holiday is hereby announced as follows:

1. After returning to normal places during the National Day holiday, persons who have left home during the National Day must Complete "landing inspection" within 12 hours. Personnel with a history of traveling outside the city within the past 7 days must hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate from the city within 24 hours when entering school or returning to work. Schools, enterprises, etc. must fulfill their main responsibilities, urge timely nucleic acid testing of personnel returning to school and work, strictly check "itinerary cards" and nucleic acid testing certificates when personnel enter schools and enterprises, and resolutely guard the "entry gate".

2. Key personnel in the city’s “test-required” testing must complete a nucleic acid test in the city on October 8, and then undergo nucleic acid testing at the specified frequency.

3. All personnel of various enterprises in the city should complete a nucleic acid test in the city on October 8 or 9. The specific organizational method will be determined by the headquarters of each sector.

4. All staff of government agencies, institutions, and state-owned enterprises at all levels in the city must strictly follow the spirit of the "Notice on Strengthening the Management of Personnel Leaving and Returning to Work in Government Institutions, Enterprises and Public Institutions during the National Day Holidays."

5. In order to facilitate nucleic acid testing for the masses, from October 7th to 9th, the working hours of all convenience sampling points in the city will be extended, and the service hours will be from 8:00 to 22:00, without breaks in between. The 24-hour sampling points provide services according to the original working hours.

Epidemic prevention and control is everyone’s responsibility. Please consciously strengthen your awareness of self-protection, abide by relevant epidemic prevention regulations, insist on wearing masks, maintaining social distance, paying attention to personal hygiene, and actively scanning the "place code" when entering public places to jointly build a solid barrier against epidemics.
