Anyone who has one of the following circumstances shall not apply for the exam:

1. Having received criminal punishment or been dismissed from public office;

2. Being punished by Party warning or administrative demerit, and within the punishment period;

3. Being put on file for review or having an unidentified criminal suspect;

4. It is found that there is fraud in the recruitment of civil servants and public institutions, and it is in the forbidden period;
