2. Qualifications

Registration Notes

4. Examination

The examination takes the form of an interview and is organized by the district transportation department. Structured interviews are conducted to test the overall quality and related abilities of the candidates. The full score of the exam is 100 points, and the minimum passing score is 60 points. Test scores are handed over to candidates on site.

Candidates participating in the interview should bring their second-generation valid ID cards. The examination time and location will be notified separately.

5. Physical examination and inspection

After the examination, among the qualified candidates for the interview, in order of total score from high score to low score, according to the number of people to be recruited for the recruitment position, according to 1 :1 ratio to determine candidates for physical examination. If the total scores are the same, an additional test will be organized and the method will be determined separately. Physical examination standards are implemented in accordance with relevant national regulations and requirements. Shortlisted candidates who fail to take the physical examination at the specified time, location and requirements will be deemed to have given up their physical examination qualifications. For those who have passed the physical examination, the employer will organize an inspection. When a recruitment position becomes vacant because the applicant does not meet the requirements in the physical examination or inspection, or the proposed candidate clearly gives up the appointment, the candidates who pass the interview for the position will be filled in order from the highest score to the lowest score based on the total score.

6. Recruitment and work benefits

For qualified personnel to be hired, the labor dispatch employment model will be adopted, a labor contract will be signed with the labor service company, and a probation period will be agreed. The probation period assessment will not be carried out. Those who pass the qualification will have their employment qualifications cancelled, and their labor contracts terminated. The salary shall not be lower than the current minimum wage standard in our district, and insurance shall be implemented in accordance with relevant policies and regulations.
