Bank law review post

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the legal and compliance review of daily business, finding and prompting risks through the review, providing corresponding risk mitigation suggestions and revising supporting systems and texts;

2. provide legal and compliance support for product innovation and legal compliance demonstration of major projects;

3. Track national laws, regulations and regulatory policies, and issue explanations, tips and guidance to business lines on major changes in laws, regulations and regulatory rules related to business;

4. Formulate and modify the standard contract text;

5. Be responsible for this line and assist relevant business lines in legal and compliance training.

Requirements:

Under p>1.35 years old, full-time bachelor degree or above, graduated from key universities at home and abroad with a major in law. Master of law or above is preferred;

2. Have a lawyer qualification certificate or a unified judicial examination qualification certificate;

3. At least three years working experience in legal affairs, compliance or business management and risk management of commercial banks;

4. Have a solid foundation in civil and commercial law, have a better understanding of banking financial business knowledge, and be familiar with national laws and regulatory regulations;

5. Have a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, good communication skills, good written expression and analytical induction skills;

6. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills are preferred.
