1, healthy, no criminal record, no bad hobbies.

After all, any star artist doesn't want someone with a criminal record lurking around him. Besides, he needs to be free from bad hobbies, such as drinking and gambling.

2, reliable and practical, important tone, low-key.

The assistant should be practical, reliable and low-key. Assistants are often with stars (artists), and it is inevitable that they will learn a lot of private information of stars. If they keep their mouths shut, they will talk about things everywhere. Who dares to use such a person?

Strong sense of responsibility, patience and meticulous.

4, high emotional intelligence, keen eyes, good at observing words and feelings.

5, hard-working.
