Ruan Cishan (1946101October 9-May 2020 17), born in Guangxi, China, is a Chinese-American with a ancestral home in Hainan. He is the former editor-in-chief and chief commentator of Phoenix Satellite TV Information Channel.

He wrote three columns, which were published simultaneously in Singapore, Malaysia, China, Hongkong and Taiwan Province Province of China. He was a member of the American Political Institute and a director of the China Talent Exchange Association. He died in Taichung, China in May, 2020.
