The materials required for an enterprise to apply for an icp business license are as follows:

1. Color scanned copy of the company's business license and color scanned copy of the second-generation ID card within the validity period of the company as a legal person;

2. Color scanned copies of the original second-generation ID card within the validity period of the natural person shareholder?

3. Color scanned copies of the original second-generation ID card of the contact person, the person in charge and the person in charge of customer service within the validity period; ?

4. The social security certificate of the contact person, the person in charge and the person in charge of customer service for at least 1 month?
