At the end of 21, the capital of Changchun Central Hospital was reduced, and the nature of the hospital was changed from a public institution to a private non-profit hospital. After becoming a private hospital, the management and treatment are different from those of the previous public hospitals. At first, the treatment was average. With the gradual improvement of purchasing equipment and cooperation with other hospitals, the treatment of doctors and nurses in hospitals is above average among private hospitals in Changchun, but it is more tiring than that in public hospitals, because it is common for private bosses to dismiss individuals, and even a small mistake may lead to dismissal. If the treatment of doctors with intermediate titles or above is better, the treatment of ordinary small doctors and nurses will be just as general as that of ordinary private hospitals, which is almost better than that of public hospitals. Personally, if there are doctors with higher professional titles and good skills, ordinary small doctors and nurses have big hospitals, they should go to big hospitals. High salary is also tiring. The salary in big hospitals is not high, but patients accumulate more experience quickly. It will be better to stay in big hospitals for a few years with almost the same experience and then go to such private hospitals for treatment.
