On the premise of not affecting my work, I often take advantage of weekend breaks to attend various national and local academic conferences outside the hospital, so that my knowledge is constantly broadened and my knowledge structure is constantly enriched. Radiodiagnostics is a professional with high theoretical, technical and logical requirements, involving clinical medicine, laboratory science, physiology, pathology, radiology and many other aspects. Becoming a qualified radiologist is really not an easy task. Over the past six months, I have constantly overcome all kinds of difficulties, studied hard, asked questions without shame, humbly asked every expert, professor and colleague around me, read a lot of professional books, made serious reading notes, and my professional and technical level has improved rapidly.

Second, in this year's work, I have strengthened communication and coordination with clinical front-line departments. Communicate with clinical departments in time for difficult patients, and have in-depth discussions with their competent doctors after the patients are exposed, which solves some problems encountered in the exposure work and has been well received by clinicians. Especially in several cooperations with orthopedic surgeons, the problems that individual orthopedic patients' postures can't be projected and their projected vision can't be clearly displayed have been solved, and several possible medical disputes have been avoided. Through the discussion with the director of stomatology and doctors, the problem that some patients' dental films are unclear and cannot be projected is solved.

Third, actively participate in the business study of this department. This year, under the leadership of the department director, our department implemented the daily film reading system. I actively participate in it, constantly deepen my professional knowledge, humbly accept the suggestions made by leaders and comrades on some projection work, and strive to improve it to provide better and clearer images for image diagnosis.

Fourth, actively participate in various activities organized by the hospital. During the usual rest period, I went to the hospital many times as a "young volunteer" to help patients who came to our hospital for medical treatment, and made my due contribution to the "responsible hospital" proposed by our hospital.

Five, in the daily work of the department, respect the leadership and unite with comrades. Be meticulous and resolutely implement the tasks assigned by the leaders. Because of the nature of work, I have seen the fragility and shortness of life, so I often think of the protagonist Paul in How Steel was Tempered. Kochakin once said: life is the most precious thing for people, and life belongs to us only once. A man's life should be spent like this: when he looks back on the past, he will not regret wasting his time, nor will he be ashamed of his mediocrity in the past. So I keep a clear head and work hard to make my work more meaningful and my life more valuable.

Second, the business level:

As the saying goes, "it's never too old to learn", which is perfect for doctors. In the eyes of many people, only clinicians are under great pressure and high risk, and must have superb medical skills to ensure foolproof. In fact, with the development of science and technology, a large number of modern equipment has been applied to medicine. Before giving a diagnosis to a patient, most doctors should make a conclusion based on various reports and diagnoses provided by medical technology departments, and then combine the symptoms of the patient. In this way, the medical department is Depth Charge, with the highest risk factor, for fear of missing or making mistakes. It is no exaggeration to describe my work mentality by walking on thin ice. I dare not slack off on the X-ray examination of every patient. It is because of the great pressure that I constantly demand perfection and strive to be more exquisite in technology, so as not to cause greater pain to patients and discredit the hospital because of my low level. In order to improve my professional level, I keep learning, enrich my theoretical knowledge, broaden my horizons, and let theory assist and guide my practical work. However, there are countless differences between theory and practice. Many times, in the face of new diseases, I can't find the answer from books, and everyone's opinions are inconclusive. So I went to xx Central Hospital for consultation and finally solved my doubts. After returning to the hospital, many colleagues didn't understand my behavior.

In the process of walking, watching and seeking advice, I have clearly realized that there are still many problems to be solved in our medical technology department:

1. Objectively, the outdated equipment leads to low image definition, which affects the diagnosis and the reputation of the hospital. Sometimes holding a cr film from another hospital, my face is full of envy, because the patient's condition is clearly visible on the film, and the chance of missed diagnosis will of course be greatly reduced. I hope our hospital can also introduce advanced equipment. Although the cost is very high, as our xx hospital is a township-level hospital, the equipment should be higher than other hospitals. Advanced equipment will definitely bring us higher returns in the future, not just economic benefits.

2. Subjectively, the members of various departments have different levels, the good and the bad are mixed, and they are fragmented, which will inevitably affect their work.

First of all, team consciousness is not strong, and the atmosphere of helping and learning from each other needs to be improved. In a team, only when Qi Xin and Qi Xin work together can we overcome difficulties. I hope that we can enhance the team consciousness of our department through various activities and lectures in the future.

Secondly, the report is not standardized, with different details, no unified and recognized standards and high leakage rate, which leads to clinicians' distrust of the medical department. If this is the case, the medical department will lose its real meaning and be in name only. So in the next year, I hope that the hospital can give each department some time when studying business, and each department can study according to the corresponding business problems, and our department can offer one or two courses on how to write standardized reports.

The quality of remake is not high, besides the equipment, there are also some factors such as poor skills and weak sense of responsibility of individual doctors. I hope that the leaders of our hospital can fully realize the importance of medical technology departments, pay more attention to our departments, send them to study in batches, and strive to build a medical team with strong sense of responsibility and excellent skills.

Finally, individual doctors have poor service attitude towards patients, which does not reflect the service tenet of "patient-centered".
