How many positions can China Telecom apply for?

Xin's campus recruitment in principle allows each student to apply for no more than two provincial subsidiaries (branches), and each provincial subsidiary (branch) does not exceed two positions (except Zhejiang Branch and Qinghai Branch). However, some branches will make another explanation. For example, the recruitment homepage of Beijing Telecom indicates that each person can apply for up to 3 positions.
