2. Private Kindergarten Application Procedures

(1) The applicant submits a written application to the sub-district office (or town government) where the proposed kindergarten is located and provides relevant information. The sub-district office will (or the town government) shall conduct a preliminary review of the basic conditions for running the proposed kindergarten (class), write out the preliminary review opinions and stamp them.

(2) The applicant shall submit the written application and application materials signed by the preliminary review opinions to the Dadukou District Education Committee. The application materials include:
