Children in day care are too young, so let them have a gradual adaptation process and don’t be anxious. In a daycare class I once taught, a child cried for one semester, but he adapted to it in the second semester, stopped crying, and became very well-behaved. I think there is no specific method for this, it has to be done step by step. So far, I have only seen one word "coax".

There is really nothing we can do about it

Because the children in day care are young, the dependent habits at home are brought to the kindergarten. As teachers, as long as we have patience, communicate more with parents, and understand the children's habits, In this way, children will adapt to kindergarten life faster, and their dependence can be gradually improved. The two teachers in the class can take turns to take a break, so that both of them don't get tired together. This will be good for other children in the class, and can also encourage capable children to lead those who are dependent. Teachers may also be able to find some methods and strategies by spending more time. Take care of every child. Before and after nap time, it is the busiest and messiest time for the childcare class. They have to help the child go to the toilet, help the child put on pants, help the child undress, cover the child with quilt, and put the child to sleep. . . . . . Getting up is just as tedious. How to arrange all this series of things? I think we need to pay attention to every detail and link, observe the problems that children have during this period, and seek methods and strategies that save time and effort and can best take care of children in an all-round way. Only in this way can we ensure the safety of children and take care of them. Every child. After practice, I have initially summarized the following points: First, every child is required to go to the toilet before going to bed. In this way, the child will not easily wet the bed while sleeping, and it will also reduce the number of times he goes to the toilet during naps. Otherwise, if the child goes to the toilet too many times, it will not only affect other children's naps, but also easily catch colds and colds; A teacher must be arranged in the bathroom to help children go to the toilet and put on pants. Because the bathroom is a place where dangers are more likely to occur, and the children in day care have weak self-care abilities, going to the bathroom is a step that requires the teacher's help, so the teacher must be there to help and remind them. At the same time, another teacher should remind the children in the classroom to take off their shoes, and then wait on the bed for the teacher's help to take off their clothes and cover them with quilts. Encouraging children to take off their shoes and go to bed by themselves allows them to do things within their capabilities and cultivate their self-care abilities. Then, the teacher helps the children take off their clothes and cover them one by one. In this way, it can be ensured that the child can be covered with a quilt and fall asleep immediately after taking off his clothes, so that he will not catch cold easily. Finally, the teacher comforts some children who have difficulty falling asleep, or children who are more attached to the teacher to fall asleep. After the child wakes up, the teacher asks the child to get up only after the teacher helps you get dressed. After getting up, go to the toilet first, and then use a small chair to sit in the designated area. The teachers also work together in a division of labor. One teacher helps the children get dressed one by one, while the other teacher helps the children go to the toilet and put on pants. At the same time, encourage children to put on their own shoes and do their own things. In daily teaching, arrange some activities such as putting on shoes by yourself and going to the toilet by yourself. At the same time, parents are also encouraged to give their children more opportunities to serve themselves at home, so that children can learn some things within their ability, and at the same time cultivate their children's Self-service ability.
