According to the provisions of the "Liupanshui City 2012 Unified Open Recruitment of Managerial Personnel and Professional and Technical Personnel in Municipal Institutions", after research and decision by the recruitment leading group, the recruitment will be held on September 22 and 23, 2012. Tianjin is conducting interviews for recruitment of staff in municipal public institutions, and the interview-related matters are now notified as follows:

1. Interview objects

Interviews are divided into three categories:

Category A: All candidates whose written test subject is Category A "Basic Knowledge of Public Security" and candidates whose written test subject is B10 "Preschool Education";

Category B: Written test subjects are B1 to Candidates for B9, B11, and B12 positions;

Category C: Candidates for C1, C2, and C3 positions as written test subjects;

According to the provisions of the "Liupanshui City 2012 Unified Public Recruitment of Managerial Personnel and Professional and Technical Personnel in Municipal Institutions": "After qualification review, the ratio of the number of reviewers to the number of recruitment plans is less than 3:1 The number of positions will be reduced according to the recruitment plan; if no candidates pass the qualification review, the position will be cancelled. Candidates for the position whose planned number of positions does not reach a ratio of 3:1 to the number of candidates who have passed the qualification review must have interview scores that meet the requirements of this examination room. Candidates who have taken the actual interview on the same day and have an average score of above can proceed to the next step. "The adjustments to the number of positions in the recruitment plan and the positions for which the average score of the examination room must be calculated are now announced (see Appendix 2 for details).

2. Interview method

1. Category A candidates will be interviewed using a structured interview method with reference to the civil service recruitment examination;

2. Candidates for Category B positions will be interviewed using a lecture method. The interview contents and subject settings for each position are as follows:

B8: "Middle School Japanese": Contents in the new version of Sino-Japanese Communication Standards Japanese (People's Education Press Edition Elementary Level)

Note: Candidates for Category B positions should prepare their own teaching materials. And bring it to the examination room on the day of the interview.

3. Candidate interviews for Category C positions are mainly conducted through structured interviews that test the professional and technical level of the candidates.

2. The interview admission ticket collection location: the lobby on the first floor of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau Examination Center (behind the Hongding Hotel between People’s Square and the Municipal Court)

Please bring your valid ID card When collecting the interview admission ticket, if it is indeed collected by someone else due to special circumstances, the agent must collect it with the original valid ID card of the agent and the candidate's authorization letter.

Special reminder:

1. The interview is a closed examination. Since the interview will last until the afternoon of the day, candidates are asked to prepare drinking water, Chinese food, etc. to ensure that the interview proceeds normally.
