First, the hospital profile

The Cancer Hospital affiliated to Fudan University is a third-class first-class cancer hospital directly under the Ministry of Health, which integrates medical treatment, teaching, scientific research and prevention. It is a cancer hospital with a long history and high reputation in China. Formerly known as China-Belgium Radium Ingot Treatment Hospital, it was formally established on 193 1 March 1. With a history of 79 years, it is the earliest cancer hospital in China.

Shanghai Proton Heavy Ion Hospital (also known as the Proton Heavy Ion Center of Fudan University Cancer Hospital) is a third-class first-class cancer hospital. Set up 220 beds to provide proton heavy ion radiotherapy as the main tumor treatment method, supplemented by comprehensive treatment of chemistry, biology and traditional Chinese medicine. Proton heavy ion radiotherapy, as a world-class cutting-edge technology, will become a hospital feature and core competitive advantage.
