Primary conditions:

1. Project dispatch: Party A’s engineering department will allocate uniformly according to dispatch regulations. Party B shall obey the unified arrangement and shall not select projects.

2. Construction period: Party B must complete the project on time and with quality and deliver it to the owner for use in accordance with the contract.

3. Project settlement: Project completion settlement will be based on actual project direct costs.

II , Party B’s labor remuneration

1. 3. Payment and refund of project quality deposit and project quality maintenance fund

1. Payment of project quality deposit and project quality maintenance fee:

When Party A and Party B sign a contract, Party B must first pay a project quality deposit of RMB 5,000 to Party A. After the completion of the project, Party B must pay a single item 3% of the direct cost of the project shall be used as project quality maintenance fund.

2. Refund of project quality deposit, project management deposit, and project quality maintenance deposit:

a) After Party A and Party B terminate this contract for any reason, the last decoration project managed by Party B shall be approved by Party A and the customer After the acceptance is passed and the project settlement is completed, Party A will return 100 of the project management deposit to Party B within three months after deducting fines. During the whole house main body warranty period (calculated from the completion date on the warranty card) and after the expiration of the warranty, 100 of the project quality guarantee and project quality maintenance funds will be returned to Party B after deducting the maintenance costs.

b) If during the warranty period, the project managed by Party B needs maintenance, in principle, Party A’s customer service department will notify Party B to go for maintenance. If for some reason the contact cannot be reached, or Party B lacks responsibility for the maintenance work, or the customer strongly requests to change the construction unit, Party A's customer service has the right to arrange a maintenance team to perform repairs. The maintenance costs will be deducted from Party B's project quality deposit and project quality maintenance funds. ; If the project quality deposit and project quality maintenance fund are insufficient, Party B must make up the amount based on the actual warranty costs. Otherwise, Party A has the right to sue Party B. In serious cases, Party B will be held financially and legally responsible.

IV. Rights and obligations of Party A

1. Party A is responsible for providing Party B with detailed, accurate, and reasonable preliminary information - decoration project construction budget sheet, design and construction drawings, individual project construction material system, owner-purchased materials list, and technical explanation of drawings to ensure that Party B's construction can proceed smoothly.

2. Party A guarantees that after Party B completes the trapping project, Party A can withdraw the project payment within 60% of the progress payment received from the customer.

3. Party A can make internal adjustments according to the needs of enterprise development and has the right to modify the contract.

4. In the event of any of the following circumstances, Party A may terminate the contract at any time and impose a fine of up to RMB 20,000 depending on the seriousness of the case. In serious cases, the industry association will be notified:

a) Party B will send Party A’s designated The project is subcontracted to a third party;

b) Party B refuses to undertake the project assigned by Party A without justifiable reasons;

C) Party B is not allowed to accept private orders within the scope of the company's business or to others The company undertakes the project.

d) Party B collects the project payment from the customer privately;

e) There are serious quality problems in the construction project of Party B, causing customers to complain to the decoration association or newspapers and television , magazines, Internet and other media, which damages the company's reputation;

f) Party B's other behaviors damage the company;

g) Provide false identity documents.

h) Those who meet the conditions for expulsion or dismissal after being assessed by the Engineering Department.

5. Party B’s rights and obligations

1. Party B shall not harm Party A's company image and interests. It must strictly abide by Party A's management regulations, absolutely obey Party A's leadership, conscientiously perform its project manager duties, be loyal to its duties, and consciously maintain the company's reputation.

2. Party B must hang up the construction team sign at the construction site and paste the welcome sign outdoors (Note: The construction sign is purchased by Party B from Party A, and no other price will be added to the production price of the construction sign).

3. Party B must carry out construction in accordance with the construction technology and standards specified by Party A, and shall not make shoddy work, otherwise Party A has the right to punish it.

4. If there is a fire, personal injury or other accident caused by Party B's illegal operation, Party B will be responsible for all economic losses and consequences.

5. Party B must actively cooperate and assist Party A in collecting project receivables.

6. During the construction process, if the owner requires Party B's construction team to be replaced for any reason, Party B shall comply with Party A's arrangements after verification by Party A's engineering department and confirmation that replacement is necessary.

7. Party B is responsible for recruiting construction personnel, reporting them to the competent department of Party A for review and filing, and wearing the company's employment certificate.

8. Party B must apply for accident insurance for its employees in accordance with Party A's regulations. If it fails to purchase accident insurance as required and a personal injury or death occurs, Party B will be responsible for all consequences.

9． Party B may terminate the contract at any time under any of the following circumstances:

a) If due to Party A’s factors, Party B has no project dispatch for three consecutive months after the completion of all construction sites;

b) Party A fails to operate in accordance with the terms of the contract;

c) Party B’s personal development needs (a written resignation application must be submitted to Party A’s Engineering Department one month in advance).

6. This contract will take effect from the date of signing and will automatically expire when it expires.

7. This contract is made in duplicate, with Party A and Party B each holding one copy, both of which have the same legal effect.
