What qualifications are required for highway construction?

First-level qualification standard

Corporate assets: net assets of more than 100 million yuan.

Key personnel of the enterprise

(1) There should be no less than 15 first-class registered construction engineers in highway engineering.

(2) The technical person in charge has more than 15 years of experience in engineering construction technology management, and has a senior professional title in highway engineering related majors; there should be no less than 75 people with intermediate or above professional titles in highway engineering related majors.

(3) There should be no less than 25 construction site management personnel holding job certificates, and there should be complete construction personnel, safety personnel, cost personnel and other personnel.

(4) There should be no less than 50 skilled workers above intermediate level who have passed the assessment or training.

Enterprise project performance

In the past 10 years, it has undertaken the construction of 3 of the following 4 categories of projects, and the project quality is qualified.

(1) A total of more than 100 kilometers of roadbeds have been built for first- and above-grade roads;

(2) A total of more than 100 kilometers of highway roadbeds have been built for grade-two and above (not less than 2 layers and more than 10 cm thick) Asphalt concrete pavement, or cement concrete pavement over 22 cm), more than 3 million square meters;

(3) A total of more than 6 bridges with a single bridge length ≥500 meters or a single span ≥100 meters;

(4) A total of more than 2 highway tunnels with a single tunnel length ≥1000 meters, or more than 3 highway tunnels with a single tunnel length ≥500 meters have been built.

Technical equipment

(1) 3 asphalt concrete mixing equipment with a capacity of over 160 tons/hour;

(2) 4 sets of cement concrete mixing equipment with a capacity of more than 120 cubic meters per hour;

(3) 4 sets of stabilized soil mixing equipment with a capacity of more than 300 tons/hour; asphalt concrete paving equipment with a paving width of more than 12 meters 6 units;

(4) 20 rollers of various types (including 10 asphalt concrete compaction equipment and 10 large earthmoving vibration compaction equipment;

(5) Torque 200,000 2 drilling rigs with a capacity of more than N·m;

(6) 2 sets of self-propelled bridge erecting machines with a capacity of 80 tons or more;

(7) 4 cement concrete pump trucks;

(8) 2 sets of tunnel excavation equipment, 4 sets of cement concrete jet pumps, and 2 sets of grouting equipment
