Where is the Qinling Mountains? Which province is it?

Qinling does not belong to a certain province, it runs through Gansu, Shaanxi and Henan provinces. 20 19 On September 27th, the 13th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 13th National People's Congress of Shaanxi Province passed the newly revised Regulations on Ecological Environment Protection in Qinling Mountains of Shaanxi Province. The regulations stipulate that real estate development is prohibited in the core protected areas and key protected areas of Qinling Mountains. The newly revised regulations have further revised and improved the planning system of ecological environment protection in Qinling Mountains, the delineation of core protected areas, key protected areas and general protected areas, and the protection of vegetation, water resources and biodiversity. According to the regulations, the ecological environment protection in Qinling follows the principles of giving priority to protection, saving and natural restoration, and adheres to the principles of overall planning, scientific utilization, strict supervision and public participation.

The development and construction activities involving the Qinling Mountains should follow the principle of planning first and then construction. The people's governments at or above the county level and their relevant administrative departments shall strictly implement the relevant planning, and shall not go through the relevant procedures for construction projects that do not meet the planning requirements. It is forbidden to explore and develop mineral resources in core protected areas and key protected areas, and it is forbidden to cut mountains and quarry stones within the Qinling Mountains north of the main girder of Qinling Mountains. Enterprises that have obtained mining rights and existing quarrying enterprises shall be organized by the people's governments at or above the county level to withdraw within a time limit according to law.
