The schedule of the accounting qualification examination in Henan Province in 2023 and related matters are hereby notified as follows:

First, the examination registration

(1) basic conditions

1. Abide by the Accounting Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the unified national accounting system and other laws and regulations.

2. Have good professional ethics and no serious violation of financial discipline.

3. Love accounting work and have corresponding accounting professional knowledge and business skills.

(2) Specific conditions

1. Those who sign up for the primary qualification examination must have a high school (including high school, technical secondary school, vocational high school and technical school) graduation or above in addition to the basic conditions.

2. Persons who register for the intermediate qualification examination must meet one of the following conditions in addition to the basic conditions: (1) They have a college degree and have been engaged in accounting for 5 years. (2) obtain a bachelor's degree or bachelor's degree and have been engaged in accounting work for 4 years. (3) graduated from the second bachelor's degree or postgraduate class and worked in accounting for 2 years. (4) Master's degree, engaged in accounting work 1 year. (5) Have a doctorate. (6) Pass the national unified examination and obtain intermediate qualifications in economics, statistics and auditing.

Candidates who do not meet the requirements for the year's application or take other improper means to sign up for and pass the intermediate qualification examination of accounting shall not receive the intermediate qualification certificate or sign up for the evaluation and engagement of senior titles in accounting series.

3. A person who signs up for the advanced qualification examination should meet one of the following conditions in addition to the basic conditions: (1) He has a college degree and has been engaged in the work related to the responsibilities of accountants for over 10 years after obtaining the title of accountant. (2) Having graduated from a master's degree or a second bachelor's degree or a postgraduate class or obtained a bachelor's degree or a bachelor's degree, and having been engaged in work related to the responsibilities of an accountant for five years after obtaining the title of accountant. (3) Having a doctor's degree, having obtained the title of accountant, and having been engaged in the work related to the responsibilities of accountant for two years.

(3) Those who sign up for the intermediate and advanced qualification examinations must log on to Henan Accounting Management Service Platform (/ztzl/kj/) before the start of registration in our province to complete the "information collection".

(4) Technical school education mentioned in "1". The "examination registration" (2) in this notice refers to the technical school education recognized by the administrative department of human resources and social security of the State Council. Other academic qualifications or degrees mentioned in this notice refer to academic qualifications or degrees recognized by the administrative department of education of the State Council.

(5) The relevant accounting years mentioned in this notice, the deadline is 65438+February 3, 20231; Students who take part-time jobs in their spare time are not regarded as officially engaged in accounting work, and the corresponding time is not included in the accounting work years; The working years of the intermediate qualification examination are the sum of the time spent on accounting before and after obtaining the required academic qualifications.

(6) On-the-job personnel who meet the registration requirements shall register in the place where their work units are located according to the principle of territoriality; Students who meet the registration requirements shall register at the registration place; Other personnel who meet the registration conditions shall register at their domicile or residence.

Residents of Hongkong, Macao and Taiwan Province who meet the registration requirements shall register in the Mainland according to the principle of convenience nearby. If there is a work unit, it shall be registered at the place where the work unit is located; If you are a student at school, register at the place where your student status is located.

Anyone who signs up for the exam will take the exam at the registration place.

(2) Intermediate qualification examination subjects include intermediate accounting practice, financial management and economic law.

Third, the examination outline

The accounting qualification examination uses the outline of the 2023 annual accounting qualification examination formulated by the Office of the National Accounting Professional and Technical Qualification Examination Leading Group, which is subject to the outline published by the National Accounting Qualification Evaluation Network.

Fourth, the examination time and arrangement

(1) Examination time

1. The preliminary qualification examination was conducted from May 13 to May 17, 2023, with a total of 10 batches. The examination duration of the subject of "Primary Accounting Practice" is 105 minutes, and the examination duration of the subject of "Basis of Economic Law" is 75 minutes. Take two consecutive exams, and the time can't be mixed.

2. The Intermediate Qualification Examination was held from September 9 to June 2023 at 1 1, with three batches in total. The examination duration of intermediate accounting practice course is 165 minutes, financial management course is 135 minutes, and economic law course is 120 minutes.

(2) Timetable for the primary and advanced qualification examinations.

1. Local accounting examination offices shall timely announce the subjects, examination time, registration date, registration method and other examination-related matters of the local intermediate qualification examination in 2023.

According to the arrangement of the National Accounting Examination Office, after unified registration, no supplementary registration will be made for the junior, advanced and intermediate qualification examinations this year.

(5) After the examination, the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the National Accounting Examination Office will investigate the similarity of the answers of the primary, advanced and intermediate qualification examinations, especially the papers with high "same-right and same-error rate", which will be screened and judged by experts, and will be handled in accordance with the Provisions on Handling Violation of Discipline in the Qualification Examination for Professional and Technical Personnel (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Order No.31). Local accounting examination offices shall notify candidates of the handling of similar papers in their respective jurisdictions in accordance with the prescribed procedures.

(VI) Within one month after the results of the primary, advanced and intermediate qualification examinations are announced, if the candidates have objections to the results, the local accounting examination offices can provide the candidates with detailed results of relevant subjects, and at the same time complete the examination and confirmation of the relevant information of qualified personnel in this examination area.

(III) Local accounting examination offices should improve their service awareness, be serious and responsible, do a good job in all aspects of examination management, inform candidates of the examination schedule and related matters in time, and ensure the smooth completion of all aspects of the accounting qualification examination in 2023.

(four) the local accounting examination offices should co-ordinate the examination organization and prevent the spread of the epidemic, and formulate emergency measures and plans to ensure the normal and smooth progress of the examination; Due to the sudden emergency, it is really impossible to organize the exam normally. (5) If the applicant cannot take the intermediate qualification examination due to epidemic prevention and control, the validity period of the intermediate qualification score obtained by the applicant shall be extended accordingly 1 year.
