And the security at the door is also very strict. Follow the process when interviewing, show your ID card, take photos and get the waiting paper. I thought I was in banking.

I was a little upset and wanted to leave. Later, I thought it was a big company, so I just put up with it.

Then HR came down later, and there was no communication throughout. I asked, are you here for an interview? Then I took you to a conference room on the third or fifth floor like a machine, and I didn't tell you who would come later. Just say, sit down.

And then it was funny and amazing. A line manager came in (I really don't know who it is, she didn't introduce herself, and neither did HR). She didn't read her resume and asked me if I could open the PivotTable. I said yes.

Then ask: Have you ever made a KPI table?

I said, sorry, I haven't touched the KPI table of your company, so I don't know what this KPI table refers to.

She: We need someone who can make KPI forms when we come. You are not suitable.

I am speechless and want to scold the street. If so, Henkel should be clear about the recruitment needs when asking the third party, instead of wasting time like this.
