When will Fuxin implement 8 a.m. to 5 a.m.? Schools in Fuxin generally have residential students, but there are also day students. What should I do?

Our school started to implement the rules today. The rules are that there will be morning self-study in the morning (all students), then a class for forty minutes, a lunch break from 11:35 to class at 1:30, and then four classes. Classes end at five o'clock, and the day students go home. Then lights out at ten past ten. Holiday starts at 3 o'clock on Friday, day students go to school on Monday, and boarding students return to school before 6:30 on weekends. The winter and summer vacations are the same as those of elementary schools. There are no make-up classes. All holidays are closed according to statutory holidays.
