Qiqihar South Station (the northernmost high-speed rail station in China), a first-class station. It is the terminal station of Haqi High-speed Railway and an important starting station of Haqi High-speed Railway. It is the largest dedicated station of Haqi High-speed Railway. Located at No. 1, Nenjiang Ring Road, Zhonghuicheng, High-tech Zone, Qiqihar City. It covers an area of ??50,000 square meters, with a total construction area of ??67,962 square meters, a station building area of ??29,957 square meters, and a platform column awning area of ??26,948 square meters. The total investment is 500 million yuan. The total designed scale is 12 units and 14 lines, of which 9 units and 11 lines are currently under construction at the high-speed station, and 3 units and 3 lines are reserved for the general speed station. It has high platforms, automatic ticket vending machines and other equipment owned by modern railway stations. On the east side of the station is the Qiqihar Highway Passenger Transport Hub South Station, which facilitates transfer between public transportation and railway. Qiqihar South Station was officially put into use on August 17, 2015. At 5:18 on July 13, 2015, China's northernmost and coldest high-speed railway - Harbin-Qi'an high-speed railway train D5001 slowly drove out of Harbin Station and officially began its full-scale trial operation. It only takes 80 minutes to travel from Harbin to Qiqihar, and it takes 3 hours to travel between Harbin and Qiqihar. China's northernmost high-speed railway is in trial operation. This type of train can operate at minus 40°C. The Haqi High-speed Railway was officially opened for operation on August 17, 2015.
