Leshan Changzheng Pharmaceutical is listed on the market. Launched in September 2003. Long March Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is located in the beautiful Leshan City, Sichuan, between the world-famous Leshan Giant Buddha and Mount Emei. It is the largest antibiotic manufacturer in southwest China. Sichuan Changzheng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was founded in 1968, formerly known as Sichuan Changzheng Pharmaceutical Factory. In 1992, Sichuan Changzheng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was established through joint-stock reform. In October 2000, 65% of the total share capital (state-owned shares) was transferred to Sanjiu Enterprise Group for asset restructuring, and its name was changed to Leshan Sanjiu Changzheng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. In September 2003, it was merged into Sanjiu Group’s listed company Sanjiu Biochemical. At present, the reorganization work of Shanxi Zhenxing Group and Sanjiu Biochemical has been completed, and the name was changed to Sichuan Changzheng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. on January 31, 2008.
