Anhui Digang Conch Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the company") is the first clinker base newly built by Anhui Conch Co., Ltd. in different places.1In September 1999, two dry clinker production lines with a daily output of 2,500 tons broke ground in the first phase of the project, which were completed and put into operation in June 2000 and June 2006 respectively. In April 2002, the second phase of the project started construction of a dry clinker production line with a daily output of 5,000 tons, which was completed and put into operation in April 2003. In 2007 1 month, two clinker production lines with a daily output of 5,000 tons broke ground in the third phase, which were completed and put into operation in February 2007 and April 2008 respectively. In June 2008+June 2008 +2008 10, the first mill of the 3.2 million tons cement mill system project was put into production, and the last mill was put into production in May 2009. So far, the company has formed an annual production scale of 6 million tons of clinker and 3.2 million tons of cement.

The company is located in Digang Town, Fanchang County, Wuhu City, Anhui Province. It is the center of "T" development strategy of China cement industry, 50 kilometers away from Wuhu, and the transportation is very convenient. The company is close to the Yangtze River, only 2.6 kilometers away from its own wharf, and the water transportation conditions are superior. Two 5,000-ton clinker loading lines, a 3,000-ton and 5,000-ton raw fuel unloading line and three deep-water berths will be built in Phase I and Phase II terminals. The loading and unloading technology is advanced, which reduces the pollution link of storage yard and gondola transport compared with ordinary docks, and the dust control measures are effective. Clinker is delivered directly to the self-provided wharf by 2.6km clinker conveyor belt, and combustible materials required for production are also delivered directly to the factory by belt.

The company covers an area of 8508 mu and has 1 124 employees. There are ten secondary departments, including: Office, Finance Department, Supply and Marketing Department, Safety Production Department, Equipment Safety Department, Quality Control Department, Mining Branch, Manufacturing No.1 Branch, Manufacturing No.2 Branch and Shipping Branch.

The factory qualified rate of "Conch brand" clinker produced by the company is 100%. In 2006, the commercial clinker produced by the company was exported abroad and enjoyed a high reputation among users. In the new competitive situation, the company has accelerated the construction of waste heat power generation projects. The capacity of the first-phase generator set is 1.85 million kilowatts, and the annual designed power generation capacity is 1.42 million kwh, which was connected to the grid in May 2007. The second phase project of waste heat power generation steam turbine room started on September 8, 2007. The capacity of the generator set is1.8000 kW, and the annual designed power generation is1.8000 kWh. In July 2008, it was successfully connected to the grid for power generation.
