Archives belonging to the receiving scope of the national archives at the central level, provincial level and municipal level with districts shall be handed over to the relevant national archives within 20 years from the date of the formation of the archives; Archives belonging to the receiving range of county-level national archives shall be handed over to the relevant county-level national archives 10 years after the archives are formed.
