Some don't need basic courses, but they have long professional experience, such as: registered cost engineer and registered supervision engineer, in which the registered supervision engineer must have the title of engineer and have worked for three years after obtaining the title, which is the highest requirement. There are only requirements for academic qualifications and no specific requirements for professional titles. About the promotion of professional titles. After graduating from junior college for three years, he was assessed as an assistant engineer, and after four years, he was certified as an assistant engineer, that is, he can be promoted to an engineer after graduating from junior college for seven years. Graduation from junior college is not allowed to evaluate senior engineers in principle. He automatically became an assistant engineer one year after graduation and was assessed as an assistant engineer four years later. That is, evaluating engineers five years after graduation.
