1. Applicants should have a nationally recognized academic qualification (degree) and obtain a graduation certificate. Completion certificates, school-leaving certificates, etc. do not meet the requirements. 2. The major of the applicant must be the major with the minimum academic qualification (or above) diploma. The "Professional Catalog" is divided into a graduate major catalog, an undergraduate major catalog, and Professional Directory. Applicants whose majors are listed in the professional catalog corresponding to the minimum academic requirements for the position in the "Professional Catalog", but are not included in the professional requirements for the recruitment position, are not eligible to apply; the major they studied is not listed in the "Professional Catalog". For professional catalogs corresponding to the minimum academic requirements, the competent department of the recruiting unit shall submit written opinions and report them to the Xiangxiang Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for filing.

3. The graduation certificates, degree certificates, academic degree certifications for returned overseas students, professional and technical qualification certificates and other certificates required for the position must be obtained before on-site qualification review. Graduation certificates, degree certificates and other qualification certificates for 2023 fresh graduates must be obtained before August 31, 2023. Those who fail to obtain them within the specified time will be disqualified from employment.

4. College graduates refer to college graduates in 2021, 2022, and 2023 who have not yet confirmed their work units.
