1. Retired soldiers who have served in the army for more than 5 years (inclusive) and those whose labor contracts expire and are purchased by the government at the grass-roots level can be treated as grass-roots project personnel and apply for special posts for grass-roots project personnel.

According to the Implementation Opinions on Further Guiding and Encouraging College Graduates to Work at the Grassroots Level (No.62 [2065438+07] issued by the General Office of Shanxi Provincial Party Committee), the service grassroots project personnel who are admitted (employed) shall not enjoy the preferential policy of directional admission (employment).
