Third, the evaluation conditions

Moral condition

Adhere to the principle of having both ability and political integrity and putting morality first, abide by the Constitution, laws and regulations of the people of China, and have good professional ethics and professionalism.

(2) Education

Applicants must have a bachelor degree or above. On the identification of academic qualifications, the graduation certificate or degree certificate that is the same as or similar to my actual major, which is verified by the academic degree inventory of this unit and recognized by the national education administrative department and the the State Council Academic Degrees Committee, shall prevail. The degree of adult education obtained in recent years must be the same as or similar to my major in technical work. Academic qualifications obtained by non-medical and health colleges that are not obviously related to medical and health scientific research, clinical diagnosis and treatment, nursing, etc. Shall not be treated as similar medical and health professionals. From 1970 to 1976, the graduates of ordinary classes entering ordinary colleges and universities still follow the document No.87 [200 1].

(3) Qualification

At present, the service life must be at least 5 years (actually by the end of 20 17), that is, before the end of 20 12. Earnestly complete the tasks that the post should undertake, with outstanding achievements, and successfully complete the medical, teaching and scientific research tasks specified by the unit; Proficient in the basic theory and professional knowledge of this major, with rich clinical work experience, able to solve complex and difficult technical problems, strong scientific research ability, familiar with and master the development trends of this major at home and abroad, able to put forward research directions consistent with this major and open up new research fields; Have strong business organization and guidance ability and the ability to train specialized personnel, and can organize and guide the technical work and scientific research work of this professional discipline.

(3) A high-level scientific and technological work of this major published by the national professional publishing house, with no less than 6,543,800 words written by myself, and a high-level paper in the same research direction of this major published in medical academic journals.

(4) won a national natural science award, invention award and scientific and technological progress award, or won the second prize of science and technology at the provincial and ministerial level and above, and at the same time required to publish more than one professional academic paper with the same research direction in medical academic journals.

(5) Encourage the writing of popular science articles, and you can also be promoted to the corresponding title if you meet the following conditions. Publish 5 popular science articles in public newspapers and periodicals, each with no less than 1500 words, and publish more than 1 professional academic papers in the same research direction in visible national medical academic journals.

2, declare the deputy director of the medical (medicine, nursing, technology) division personnel must meet one of the following conditions:

(six) professional practice ability conditions

Clinical professionals with beds should fill in the list of cases that have been in charge of emergency rescue, difficult disease treatment or surgery (guidance) in recent five years (hereinafter referred to as the case list), requiring at least 50 cases, of which the number of cases per year is not less than 10%.

Five original medical records were randomly selected from the case list. Non-clinical professionals and clinical professionals without beds must fill in special reports. The special report should reflect my professional expertise and technical level, reflect the applicant's main academic level and business technical ability, and meet the requirements of positive or secondary high level. (7) Evaluation conditions

The summary of professional and technical work should include the quantity and quality of professional work completed by professional and technical personnel. Quantitative indicators should be reflected in the average annual number of basic medical work and public health work completed by professional and technical personnel since they took office; The quality of professional work should be measured by the effect, contribution and recognition of social peers. 2. According to the Guiding Opinions of the Provincial Health and Family Planning Commission on Promoting the Sinking of High-quality Resources (Jin Wei [20 1 4] No.29) and the Notice on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Plan of the Health Poverty Alleviation Project of the Shanxi Provincial Health and Family Planning Commission (Ren Jinwei [2016] No.2), doctors in public medical institutions above the second level should serve at the grassroots level before being promoted to deputy chief physicians/KLOC. Before being promoted to chief physician, one must practice in medical and health institutions in poverty-stricken counties for 3 months. Assigned by the organization to undertake tasks such as aiding Tibet, Xinjiang, foreign aid and earthquake relief, it can be regarded as going to the countryside. Demobilized military cadres are not required to be promoted to senior professional and technical positions within five years after they go to work in local areas. Professional and technical personnel with outstanding achievements and contributions can meet other evaluation conditions except academic qualifications and qualifications. He must have served for three years, that is, he was appointed before the end of 20 14, and was rated as more than one excellent grade in the last three years. Meet one of the following conditions, can be declared without academic qualifications and other restrictions.

1, those who meet one of the following conditions can be judged as senior titles:

The qualification evaluation of senior professional and technical positions in health series in our province adopts the combination of evaluation and employment. All applicants are required to take the corresponding professional practical ability examination organized by the whole province in 20 17, and the examination results must reach the qualified standard line determined by the senior high school and the deputy high school respectively, and those who are promoted by exception must reach the excellent level before they can participate in the evaluation. The exam results are only valid in that year.

The elimination rate of professional practical ability examination is defined with reference to previous years, and the elimination rate of practical ability examination of general medicine, pediatrics and emergency medicine is appropriately reduced with reference to previous years. Excellent test scores are defined with reference to the top 30% of all candidates' test scores.
