Introduction to Fujian Fifth Construction Engineering Company

The Fifth Construction Engineering Company of Fujian Province is a large state-owned construction enterprise with first-class national qualifications. In January 2002, the qualifications were approved by the Ministry of Construction as the first-level general contracting for housing construction projects; the first-level general contracting for municipal public works construction; the first-level professional contracting for foundation and basic engineering; and the first-level professional contracting for mechanical and electrical equipment installation projects. The company was founded in 1951 and currently has more than 8,000 employees, including 850 professional and technical personnel of various types, including 23 with senior professional titles, 247 with intermediate professional titles, and 185 project managers. The company has 17 grass-roots production units and 8 subsidiaries, each with first- and second-level construction qualifications in construction, decoration, steel structure, etc., as well as architectural design, real estate development and shelf engineering qualifications.
