Companies that make photo frames, beads, ties and Chinese knots usually post advertisements or distribute leaflets at the gates of some universities, villages in cities and back alleys, or advertise in some free or low-cost recruitment information publications.

Advertising content is basically recruiting manual producers, regardless of age, full-time and part-time, and can be produced at home. The most attractive thing is the daily salary, 10 yuan ~300 yuan, free training, no deposit, and almost all the rest are mobile phones or PHS, which is convenient for "evaporation".

Step 2: Connect the phone and invite warmly.

Once someone sees the call from the recruitment information, the staff will be very enthusiastic. First, they will explicitly say "no deposit" to reassure the consultants. Then the staff will further tempt the consultant: "train first, then make the finished product." As long as the products are qualified, not only the material fees will be refunded, but also the rewards will be returned: the big ones will be from 30 yuan to 50 yuan, and the small ones will be from 5 yuan to 10 yuan ... "Finally, the hook taker is strongly invited to visit the company.

Step 3: Cheat the deposit with good words.
