On National Day, we embarked on a journey to visit Liling, the porcelain capital. After only two days' trip, we were deeply attracted by this small town and fell in love with it.

The world knows the name Jingdezhen, but few people know Liling. In fact, compared with Jingdezhen, Liling's porcelain-making history, industrial scale and technology are not bad at all, especially the underglaze multicolored porcelain technology is unparalleled in the world.

Entering the downtown area of Liling, the smell of porcelain capital is everywhere. The street names are: National Porcelain Avenue, Porcelain Valley Avenue, Art Porcelain Road and Jade Porcelain Road. The word "porcelain" is also indispensable for the naming of restaurants and hotels. In other cities, most sculptures are made of stone and metal, while in Liling, all kinds of sculptures scattered in the streets are actually made of ceramics, with bright colors, unique shapes and distinctive features.

We walked through the streets and alleys of Liling, clean and tidy, and our senses were particularly good.

Taorunhui Life Art Center is located in the southwest of Porcelain Valley. The whole life art center is fashionable and modern, which is quite similar to Xie Zilong Image Museum and Li Zijian Art Museum in Changsha. The application of porcelain in life is presented in various scenes in the venue, which meets the needs of young people.

One of the teacups left a deep impression on us.

The cup body changes from small to large, gradually expands, and the whole body shows a trend of outward expansion. The cup wall is thin, and the matte surface is simple and low-key. The base of the cup is divided into two layers, the big one and the small one. The color after firing naturally soaks into the cup, like melted chocolate ice cream. It feels very textured. The bottom of the cup is printed with the words "Xiangguo".

According to the staff of Taorunhui Living Art Center, this teacup was designed by a Japanese designer. As a kind of daily-use porcelain cup, its shape is unique, different from tradition, and its technology is quite difficult. When the first sample was made, the designer's first sentence was to question "How did this happen?" . The young team members of Tao Runhui are under great pressure and spur. After dozens of efforts, they constantly improved the production technology, and finally realized the mass production of this teacup, which completely reached the original design intention of the designer.
