During this period, there is no tax control equipment in the business premises to make invoices, which becomes a "gap period" for taxpayers to make invoices, which brings inconvenience to the normal operation of enterprises and consumers to obtain invoices in real time.

Focusing on the needs of taxpayers, State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China has launched a new online ticket purchasing function of the new VAT invoice management system. Taxpayers go to the tax service hall to buy VAT invoices, including special VAT invoices, general VAT invoices, special VAT invoices for goods transportation, and uniform invoices for motor vehicle sales. So they don't need to bring special tax control equipment, just choose "online ticket collection" in the tax service hall. After purchasing the ticket, the taxpayer can download the receipt information of the invoice through the network at home and successfully write it into the special tax control equipment, so that the new invoice can be used normally, and it is really convenient to receive the new invoice without delay and operate the invoice normally.
