Qingshui Bay spans Yingzhou and Xincun towns. north beach is long and narrow, with a coastline of about 12km. It is the coastal tourist scenic spot of Chiling Scenic Area with one city and two districts in the Master Plan of Lingshui Coastal Scenic Area approved by Hainan Provincial Government in March. 1993. It is also a key tourism development scenic spot in the overall land use planning of Lingshui County. The scenic spot is adjacent to Nanwan Monkey Island and East Xincun Port, one of the top ten scenic spots in Hainan.
