(2) Specific qualifications for recruitment positions

2. In principle, applicants must be over 18 years old and under 35 years old (that is, born between February 27, 1987 and February 27, 2005 (inclusive)).

3. The academic qualifications and degrees required for the recruitment positions refer to those recognized by the state. Applicants should obtain the corresponding academic qualifications and degrees before January 31, 2023 (inclusive).

The academic degree certificates obtained by graduates from overseas institutions should be certified by the Ministry of Education, and the certified majors must be the same or similar to the majors specified in the recruitment.

4. Those fresh graduates from ordinary colleges and universities in 2023 who have passed examinations, physical examinations, inspections, and public announcements and obtained graduation certificates and degree certificates before August 31, 2023, can be hired according to regulations, otherwise they will not be hired.

5. The positions marked "Only fresh graduates can apply" in the recruitment position conditions are specifically recruiting fresh college graduates in 2022 and 2023 and have not been implemented during the career selection period (graduates in 2020 and 2023). College graduates from the workplace and other personnel cannot apply.

College graduates who have not confirmed their work unit during the career selection period refers to the general college graduates recruited by the state who have not confirmed their work unit when they leave school and within the career selection period stipulated by the state. 6. The calculation date for the applicant’s work experience and other qualifications or relevant qualifications is until January 31, 2023 (inclusive).

(3) The following circumstances are not allowed to apply

1. Those who have been criminally punished for crimes; those who have criminal suspects that have not been investigated or are under disciplinary review; those who have been expelled from the Chinese Communist Party Those who have membership in the Communist Party of China; those who have been expelled from public office; those who have been listed as targets of joint punishment for breach of trust in accordance with the law.

2. The avoidance relationship will be established after employment.

3. Those who are not allowed to be employed as staff of public institutions according to laws and regulations.

4. Active-duty military personnel and current non-fresh graduates (including current non-fresh graduate students cannot apply with their already obtained undergraduate or junior college degrees, and current non-fresh undergraduate students cannot apply with their already obtained junior college degrees).

(1) Publish recruitment information

1 .Registration time: 10:00 on February 27, 2023 to 17:00 on March 1, 2023.

Applicants must log in to the official website of the Shenyang Examination Institute to fill in the registration information and upload a photo (a recent 2-inch front-facing ID electronic photo without a hat, in jpg format, with a size of less than 30KB).

2. Online qualification review.

Registration is subject to a good faith commitment system. The information filled in by the applicant should be true and valid, and scanned copies of ID cards, academic degree certificates of college and above, qualification certificates and other materials required for the position must be uploaded truthfully.

The employer will conduct a preliminary review of the applicant's qualifications through the registration system within 24 hours. Applicants are advised to log in to the registration system to check whether the review results have been passed, and keep their mobile phones open.

3. Query the review results.

After the applicant submits the registration information, the preliminary review will be completed within 24 hours, and the preliminary review time will be postponed to 17:00 on March 2, 2023.

Those who pass the preliminary review cannot apply for other positions; those who fail can apply for other positions within the registration period.

Qualification review runs through the entire recruitment process. Once it is found that the applicant does not meet the requirements of the recruitment position or has committed fraud, the applicant's examination and application qualifications will be canceled at any time.

4. Payment confirmation.

Applicants who pass the qualification review must log in to the Shenyang Examination Institute website again and pay the examination fee through online payment. The examination fee is RMB 50.

Applicants who fail to pay within the specified time will be deemed to have automatically given up their registration.

After the applicant pays online, log in to the Shenyang Examination Institute website again to check whether his or her payment status is "paid". If other status is displayed, please call the technical support consultation hotline in time (query Please provide your name, ID number, registration serial number, payment time and other information).

After the examination fee is successfully paid, the registration process is over and the registration position cannot be changed.

The payment time has been postponed to 12:00 on March 3, 2023.

Anyone who registers with malicious intent will be dealt with according to relevant national regulations once verified.

5. Print the admission ticket online.

Applicants who have successfully paid can log in to the Shenyang Examination Institute website from 10:00 on March 22, 2023 to 9:00 on March 25, 2023 to print out their admission ticket and registration form (A4 paper, each Make two copies (either black and white or color) and keep them properly for qualification review and interview use.

6. Position adjustment and reduction.

When the number of effective applicants for a recruitment position and the recruitment plan do not reach 3:1, the recruitment plan for the position will be canceled or reduced.

Applicants who apply for positions that have been canceled can apply for other positions that have not been canceled between 13:00 and 15:00 on March 6, 2023.

Failure to change the application within the prescribed time will be deemed to have given up the application.

(3) Examination and assessment

1. Written test

Written test time: 9:00-10:30 on March 25, 2023.

All written tests are objective questions. For details of the written test, please refer to the "2023 Shenyang Party School System Open Recruitment Plan Information Form". Applicants use 2B pencils to answer on the answer sheet, and the full score is 100 points.

Applicants must take the written examination admission ticket and their ID card to take the exam at the time and place specified on the admission ticket.
