Jingde Forum Brief Introduction of Jingde County

Jingde County is located in the mountainous area of southern Anhui, which is connected with Huangshan Mountain, a famous tourist resort. It belongs to Xuancheng City, Anhui Province. The county has jurisdiction over 10 townships and 123 administrative villages. The total area is 904.8 square kilometers and the total population is153,000. Jingde County was established in the second year of Baoying in Tang Dynasty (AD 763), with a history of 1200 years. The name of the county is Jingdezhen, which means that Zade, Zhang Yang, educates the people. Since ancient times, Jingdezhen people have attached great importance to teaching good writing, and talented people have come forth in large numbers. Shu Ya, the top scholar in Southern Tang Dynasty, is a famous poet of Yu Yunti. He has been invited to participate in more than one classic 10, which is the representative work of China's farming. Tan, a businessman in the Qing Dynasty, donated 22,000 yuan to establish an academy in Yangchuan to promote learning and educate people. Lv Bicheng is a famous modern poet and contemporary writer. Mathematician Jiang Zehan and economist Zhu Jiannong are both China elites from Jingdezhen.

Jingde has beautiful mountains and rivers and numerous natural and cultural landscapes. Jingdezhen Temple, Jiangcun Father and Son Jinshi Square and Pugong Temple, which were built during the period of Chongning in Beining (A.D. 1 102), have been listed as provincial key cultural relics protection units. Jingde Sanxi Lecheng Bridge, Qiao Ting Style Stone Peak and Xinglong Taizi Tower, the second largest stone bridge in southern Anhui, adorn the charming scenery and simple folk customs more beautifully.
