Hong Kong Talents is a talent introduction policy launched by the Hong Kong Immigration Department in order to attract high-tech talents or scarce talents at home and abroad to settle in Hong Kong. It was officially implemented in June 2006. In 2022, in order to expand Hong Kong's talent pool, the Hong Kong SAR government officially announced in the "Policy Address" that it will directly cancel the annual quota limit for the Talents Program for a period of two years.

Applicants need to meet either the achievement points system or the comprehensive points system. If they meet both, priority will be given to the achievement points system and an 8-year residence visa can be obtained at one time. The total score of this program is 245 points. You can submit an application if you score above 80 points. The six items of age, work experience, education, family members, talent list, and language ability are scored.
