Yuxi Hongta Tobacco (Group) Co., Ltd., Yunnan Power Grid Corporation, Kunming Cigarette Factory, Kunming Iron and Steel Holding Co., Ltd., Honghe Cigarette Factory, Yunnan Copper (Group) Co., Ltd., kunming railway administration, China Petrochemical Co., Ltd., Yunnan Branch, Qujing Cigarette Factory and Yunnan Construction Engineering Group Company are among the top 100 enterprises.

Yunnan Investigation Corps of National Bureau of Statistics, Yunnan Enterprise Federation and Yunnan Entrepreneur Association published the list of Yunnan Top 100 Enterprises in 2006 on 13.

Compared with the top 100 enterprises in Yunnan in 2004, the number of households with business income exceeding 654.38+billion yuan increased from 25 to 5654.38+0 in 2006. The number of households with operating income exceeding 10 billion has increased from 4 to 10, namely hongta group, Yunnan Copper, Hongyun Group, Yunnan Power Grid, Kungang, Sinopec Yunnan Branch, Yuntianhua Group, Honghe Cigarette Factory, Yunnan Metallurgical Group and kunming railway administration.

In 2006, 14 of the top 100 enterprises in Yunnan were large state-owned enterprise groups, including 7 central enterprises and 7 provincial enterprises, with accumulated operating income of nearly 240 billion yuan, accounting for more than 70% of the total operating income of the top 100 enterprises. From the perspective of industry distribution, central enterprises are mainly distributed in the lifeline departments of the national economy such as finance, tobacco, energy, communications, railways, high-end equipment manufacturing and high-tax departments. Provincial state-owned enterprises are distributed in industries such as mining, metallurgy, chemical industry, biology and machinery manufacturing, which have unique resource endowments or equipment and technological advantages in the process of industrialization in Yunnan.

Among the top 20, there are only three non-public enterprises, namely Yunnan Century Jinyuan Investment and Real Estate Group Co., Ltd. (4.55 billion yuan, ranking 15), Degang Co., Ltd. (31400 million yuan, ranking 18) and Yunnan Jinding Zinc Industry (3.02 billion yuan, ranking/kloc-). In 2006, the non-public enterprises that entered the top 100 were mainly concentrated in mining and metallurgy, biology, real estate and comprehensive service industries with high correlation with Yunnan resources.

Due to the implementation of industrial integration and resource integration strategy in Yunnan Province, many enterprises originally distributed in cities outside Kunming have been integrated into large enterprise groups headquartered in Kunming. Among the top 100 enterprises in 2006, there were 69 enterprises in Kunming. (
