What are the job contents of nursing staff in elderly apartments?

There are two service levels (actually there will be three levels: semi-self-care):

Take care of the elderly who take care of themselves completely. The job of the caregiver is to clean the room and corridor, take care of the elderly, and never allow quarrels or conflicts with the elderly; Laundry, sheets, quilt cover (charge), assisted bathing (charge).

Care for the elderly without self-care: comprehensive care for the elderly, including eating, drinking and indoor sanitation (generally 1 caregiver serves 3-5 elderly people, and some volunteer care 10 people, with salary linked).
