Yes According to the official website of the State Railway Administration, the Hangzhou Bay New Area has built a trans-Suzhou-Jiayu-Ningbo sea-crossing railway (high-speed railway) and realized the opening of the high-speed railway. This railway connects Jiaxing to Ningbo in the south and crosses Hangzhou Bay. It is a part of the coastal high-speed rail passage, and it is also an important north-south coastal passage for Ningbo to actively connect with the Shanghai metropolitan area and deeply integrate into the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration.
