Geographical environment of Liu Chang town

Liu Chang Township is located in the northwest of Xifeng County, east longitude 106038/ 33km away from the county seat, and 2 1 km away from Sichuan-Guizhou Railway, 21national highway and Guizun high-grade highway. The township belongs to the middle altitude area, with the lowest elevation of 760m (along the river at the end of the water) and the highest elevation of 1304.8m (at the slope of Longtan Dacao). The annual average temperature 150C, the annual rainfall 1000- 1300mm, and the frost-free period is about 290 days.
