Assessment methods for government information work
According to the current challenges faced by government information work In line with the spirit of the new situations, new situations and provincial and Jinhua Municipal Government Information Work Assessment Measures, and in light of the actual situation of our city, these measures are specially formulated.
1. Assessment objects
All town and township people’s governments, all street offices, all municipal government departments, all government information direct reporting points, vertical management departments and financial departments, etc.
II. Assessment content
(1) Information work network construction situation;
(2) Information submission situation;
( 3) The status of the submitted information being adopted by the State Office, the Provincial Government Office, the Jinhua Municipal Government Office and the Office;
(4) The status of the submitted information being approved by leaders and the feedback of the instructions;
(5) Late reporting, omission, concealment, or misreporting of emergency information or other important information required to be submitted.
3. Task indicators
There are four levels of task indicators:
(1) Units that meet the standards are divided into 80 points

IV. Scoring method
(1) The information work network is sound and clear Those who have a leader in charge of information work, a full-time (or part-time) information officer, a smooth information network, and the ability to submit information requests in a timely manner as required shall have advanced qualifications to participate in the evaluation.
(2) Submissions will not be scored. Each submitted brief will be worth 2 points, with additional points for comprehensive information as appropriate; if it is adopted by a general publication at the same level in the city, each article will be worth 10 points. If it is adopted by a special newspaper at this level, Each item is worth 20 points, and each item adopted by the city-level "Work Exchange" is worth 20 points. 20 points will be awarded for each article adopted by the Jinhua Municipal Government Office's "Daily News", and 40 points will be awarded for each article adopted by "Special News" and "Work Exchange". Each article adopted by the Provincial Government Office for "Yesterday's Important Information" and "Information Reported to the State Council" will be worth 40 points, each article used for "Special Report Information" will be worth 80 points, and each article used for "Government Work Exchange" will be worth 100 points. Each item adopted by the State Council will be worth more than 200 points.
(3) Information approved by leaders of Dongyang City and Jinhua City will be scored double the original points; information approved by provincial leaders will be awarded an additional 200 points for each piece; information approved by leaders of the State Council will be awarded points for each piece of information. Add an additional 400 points.
(4) Each piece of information can be scored cumulatively if used at different levels.
(5) If each unit selects information staff to go to the municipal government for on-the-job training in the Government Information Section, each unit will receive an additional 15-30 points per month based on performance.
(6) If due to concealment, omission, late reporting or misreporting of important information, resulting in passive work and being criticized by the leadership, 10-50 points will be deducted from the responsible unit for each occurrence according to the actual situation; the circumstances If it is serious, they will be notified and criticized, and their qualifications for annual evaluation will be cancelled.
(7) If the information request is not completed in time, 10-30 points will be deducted as appropriate; for those who do not participate in regular information meetings, trainings and other related activities as required, 10 points will be deducted for each person.
(8) If leaders at all levels require feedback on information, if feedback is not provided within 7 working days, 20 points will be deducted each time.
V. Others
(1) The adoption of government information will be reported quarterly in the form of a supplement to "Dongyang Government Information".
(2) Information royalties are calculated based on the annual manuscript score.
(3) Based on the scores used throughout the year, select advanced collectives, outstanding information officers, advanced information officers and government information organization leadership awards for government information work.
