1. Payroll (past 12 months)

Payroll with employee's signature (such as cash salary? Payment)

Silver corresponding to the payroll? Proof of deposit (for example, silver? Deposit to pay wages)

2. Work card or attendance record (in the past twelve months)

3. Production records (past 12 months)

4. Personnel roster and employee personal files

5. Failure? Work physical examination and labor bureau registration records

6. Labor contract

7. Intermediary Worker Agreement (if applicable)

8. Foreign employee (if applicable) license and government approval.

9. Collective bargaining agreement (if applicable)

10. social insurance receipts, lists and social insurance vouchers

13. fire drill record, first aid drill/emergency evacuation plan
