Written Examination and Job Ability Test

1. Examination Contents:

(1) Written test: conducted in a closed-book format. ① The written test subjects include: "Basic Knowledge of Public Affairs" and "Vocational Ability Test". The comprehensive test paper is divided into 150 points and the test time is 120 minutes. Candidates must bring their original ID card and admission ticket to take the written test.

(2) Examination time: The written examination time is from 9:00 to 11:00 am on July 25, 2015 (Saturday).

(3) Examination location: Please refer to the admission ticket for details of the written examination location (candidates can collect the admission ticket with the "Notice of Agree to Apply" and the fee receipt).

(4) Those who pass the written examination will directly enter the position of physical examination and assessment. The physical examination, assessment and employment will be carried out in the order of written examination scores from high to low and in a ratio of 1:1 to the number of recruitment plans. If the written test scores are tied for the same recruitment position, a job competency test procedure will be added to those with tied written test scores. The comprehensive score of the written test × 100 ÷ 150 × 50% + the professional ability test score × 50% will be applied in descending order. Physical examination, assessment and hiring will be carried out in a ratio of 1:1 according to the recruitment plan. If the overall scores are tied again, another job competency test will be added to those who are tied in comprehensive scores, and the candidates will be recruited in order from high to low in the second job competency test.

(5) For positions that require job competency testing, physical examination, assessment and hiring will be conducted in order of comprehensive scores from high to low and in a ratio of 1:1 to the recruitment plan.

(6) For positions such as high school teachers and medical and health care personnel who directly undergo job competency tests, the job competency test will be conducted at a ratio of not less than 1:2 to the number of applicants. Individual urgent recruitment positions will be in charge of the employer Department applications, and upon review by the Ninglang County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, can conduct job competency tests based on insufficient proportion. Physical examination, assessment and hiring will be conducted in descending order of job ability test scores and in a ratio of 1:1 to the number of candidates in the recruitment plan.
