1. Without a certificate, you can't carry out flaw detection according to regulations, and even if the master asks you for exploration, you can't issue a report.

2. When you first arrive at the factory, you are rarely asked to learn directly, because this thing requires a certificate and does not directly produce economic benefits like a welder, so the factory generally does not recruit.
