Newly recruited and selected students must go to the grassroots level for training. (2) Distribution method. The Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee issued a list of selected students to all districts and cities and the Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone. For students selected for party and government transfers, the Organization Department of the districted municipal Party committee will study and propose specific allocation plans; for students selected for court and procuratorate categories, preliminary allocation plans will be proposed by the courts and procuratorates of each districted city and submitted to the Organization Department of the districted municipal Party committee for review; Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone It shall be handled by the Party and Mass Work Department of the Party Working Committee in accordance with relevant regulations. The Provincial Party Committee Organization Department, the Provincial Court, and the Provincial Procuratorate handle the recruitment procedures for selected students (civil servants) in the courts and procuratorates.

(3) File transfer. The files of fresh graduates will be sent directly to the organization and personnel department of the relevant provincial units, the Organization Department of the District Municipal Party Committee, or the Party and Mass Work Department of the Party Working Committee of the Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone in accordance with the specific requirements of the selection notice. The Organization Department of the District Municipal Party Committee and the Party and Mass Work Department of the Party Working Committee of the Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone must do a timely job of registering, counting, and transmitting files. Relevant file-receiving units must carefully review the files. If they find that they are suspected of being altered or falsified or do not meet the qualifications for selection and transfer, they must report it to the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee in a timely manner. If it is verified to be true, their qualifications for selection and transfer will be cancelled.

(4) Registration matters. The registration work is responsible for the organization and personnel department of the relevant provincial unit that accepts the selected students, the Organization Department of the District Municipal Party Committee, or the Party and Mass Work Department of the Party Working Committee of the Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone. On July 25, 2021, the selected students should bring their registration certificate, ID card, graduation certificate, and degree certificate originals and copies to the personnel department of the above-mentioned organization and go through the relevant procedures. (5) Education and training. (6) Employment requirements. Newly recruited selected students who are assigned to city and county level agencies should serve for 4 years (including the probation period, the same below).
