Provisions on the allocation of safety personnel for tunnel construction

1. If there are more than 300 employees, a safety production management organization shall be set up or full-time safety production management personnel shall be equipped; If there are less than 300 employees, they shall be equipped with full-time or part-time safety production management personnel, or entrust engineering and technical personnel with relevant professional and technical qualifications stipulated by the state to provide safety production management services.

2. Full-time safety production management personnel shall not be less than 2% of the total number of employees in the enterprise (enterprises with less than 50 employees shall be equipped with at least 1 person). Technical secondary school degree or above in chemical engineering or safety management, engaged in chemical production for more than 2 years, and obtained the qualification certificate of safety management personnel.

3. Coal mines, non-coal mines, construction units and dangerous goods production and business units with more than 300 employees shall be equipped with registered safety engineers at a ratio of not less than 15%, and at least 1 person with less than 7 employees.
