Is the teacher in Hengshui tall?

The biggest gap between schools, especially high schools, is students, not teachers. In addition, the difference in performance between schools mainly depends on the difference in management level.

Hengshui is a key high school in everyone's eyes, right? But is the level of teachers in Hengshui really high? The answer is no, Hengshui and other high schools in Hengshui area, including Hengshui No.2 Middle School, Hengshui No.13 Middle School and Wuyi Middle School, are not strong in teachers! Most teachers in Hengshui graduated from schools below Hebei Normal University, and many graduated from two ordinary colleges. As for Wuyi Middle School, Jizhou Middle School and Zaoqiang Middle School in Hengshui area, most of the teachers graduated from two universities. But this does not prevent Hengshui's college entrance examination results from being far ahead in Hebei Province.

As the capital of Hebei Province, Shijiazhuang naturally attracts the best college graduates in Hebei Province. It can be said that the level of primary and secondary school teachers in Shijiazhuang far exceeds Hengshui. Even in most schools in Tangshan, the average level of teachers recruited is higher than that of Hengshui.

Many people say that Hengshui has a systematic teaching and research system, although the teachers recruited by others graduated from the school. After these teachers arrived in Hengshui, their level became higher after systematic teaching and research training.

Many people, even many school leaders, really believe this kind of nonsense, so they send teachers to study in Hengshui and buy review materials in Hengshui. After some tossing, they found that the effect was nothing, but they didn't know where the problem was.

As we all know, the most important thing for Hengshui's achievements is to have first-class students and a set of management mode to manage students to the extreme. Of course, how Hengshui rose in those days is beyond the scope of this article, so I won't go into details.

I can take several exams in Tsinghua Peking University every year. The results of the courses I teach are naturally not bad. But in fact, I just graduated and have no teaching experience, and my level can't be compared with today. But now I have rich teaching experience, and I work in a township high school, and my students are the lowest in the whole region, so my class performance can only barely rank second from the bottom in several high schools in the whole region, so I work hard.

Colleagues transferred from our school, after arriving at urban senior high schools, all the classes they teach have good grades, which are not worse than other teachers in these schools.
