1. Overview of the exercise

(1) Exercise background. This geological disaster emergency rescue comprehensive drill was based on the "6.30" heavy rainstorm in Tongnan County. The heavy rain caused a major geological landslide in the Tongnan County Sports Park, threatening 413 people, causing house collapse, serious land traffic jams, and a large number of people being injured. Early warning and forecasting, occurrence of danger, early handling, department linkage and other aspects of the drill are recorded in advance and played during the drill. The second is live broadcast. Live broadcast of emergency rescue, danger escalation, remote consultation, emergency rescue and other aspects. (3) Practice procedures. This exercise was carried out in seven steps: group measurement and prevention, monitoring and early warning, early disposal, emergency investigation, activation plan, department linkage, on-site command, emergency rescue, danger escalation, remote consultation, scientific decision-making, emergency response, and post-disaster assessment. , rebuild homes.

2. Preparatory work arrangements for the drill

3. Arrangement of drill implementation work

4. Survey and Monitoring Team (40 people)

Led by the County Land and Housing Management Bureau, with the participation of meteorological and geological teams (land, meteorological, Chongqing Geological Disaster Emergency Second Team, Municipal Geographical Information Center).

Main responsibilities: When danger occurs, conduct emergency investigations, monitoring and development trend predictions, and propose emergency rescue measures; conduct timely geological disaster early warning and forecasting based on meteorological, water regime and flood information; propose delineation of rescue operations Proposals for special disaster relief control areas shall be reported to the on-site command headquarters.

5. Rescue and epidemic prevention team (16 people)

Led by the county health bureau, with participation from relevant hospitals (doctors, nurses, epidemic prevention).

6. Public Security and Traffic Group (90 people)

7. Logistics Support Group (11 people)

8. Information submission and news release group (25 people)

IV. Work Requirements
