What's the difference between a common bench drill and an industrial bench drill?

The worktable and headstock can move vertically on the column and are used to process small and medium-sized workpieces.

bench drill

Short for bench drill. A small vertical drilling machine, with the largest drilling diameter of 12 ~ 15 mm, is installed on the workbench, mostly for manual drilling, and is often used to process small holes of small workpieces.

radial drilling machine

The headstock can move on the rocker arm, the rocker arm can rotate and lift, and the workpiece is fixed. It is suitable for processing large, heavy and porous workpieces and is widely used in machinery manufacturing.

deep-hole drilling machine

Special machine tools for drilling holes with a depth far greater than the diameter (such as the deep holes of gun barrel, gun body, machine tool spindle and other parts) are generally arranged horizontally, and a vertical drilling machine with cooling liquid is always available to facilitate chip removal and avoid the machine tool from being too high.

Conveying device (cooling liquid is input into the cutting part from the inside of the tool) and chip removal device with regular tool withdrawal.

Center hole drilling machine

Used for machining the center holes at both ends of shaft parts.

Milling and drilling machine

The workbench can move vertically and horizontally, and the drill shaft is arranged vertically, which can be used for milling.
