2. Scope
It is suitable for all parts and molds that constitute the mold, including purchased parts, outsourced parts and processed parts.
3. Definition
Incoming inspection: inspection of externally purchased materials and processed products.
Process inspection: inspection of mold parts, semi-finished products and finished products processed internally.
Final inspection: inspection after mold assembly, including inspection of mold appearance, formability, molded products, etc.
4. Responsibility
4. 1 The engineering department is responsible for providing relevant inspection data.
4.2 The quality inspection department is responsible for incoming inspection, process inspection and final inspection of materials, parts and molds.
4.3 The warehouse shall be responsible for the quality of purchased materials and cooperate with the quality inspection department to do a good job in incoming inspection.
4.4 The production department shall assist the process inspection to ensure that the materials that have not been inspected or failed the inspection are not put into use.

If the parts specially used in 5.2.2.6 have an impact on other processes, the responsible person shall promptly notify the relevant parties; Parts that need to be trimmed must pass inspection before they can be put into use.

6.6 Exemption from inspection
