Step 1: Submit your resume. They will screen out most of your resume, and then ask you to take the online exam that afternoon, which is the so-called written exam.

Step 2: After receiving the phone call in the afternoon, go to the designated place to take the online written test, usually in the computer room of your school. Among them, the written test content has corresponding test questions according to their majors, which are basically 1, 2 professional questions 1 English questions, and about 50 questions, all of which are multiple-choice questions.

Step 3: Students who take the written test will continue to attend the interview. During the interview, they will mainly ask you about your personal hobbies, family situation and school performance, and there will also be two or three professional questions, all of which are very basic professional questions.

Step four, wait for his call. If you get a call from them, you will basically sign an employment agreement with you.
